Has anyone tried petalcleanse allergy relief for dogs?

I'm getting a dog at the weekend which I've met and haven't had a reaction to (she is a Spanish Water Dog so a low-allergy coat), but I've got some "petal cleanse D", which is a solution you rub into the dog's coat that is meant to remove the dander and allergens. I got it just in case I have a delayed reaction when I get her because I really don't want to have to take her back.

Has anyone tried petal cleanse or a similar allergy product, especially the bio-life products? (http://www.bio-life.co.uk/)
What were your experiences with it, did it work? Has anyone found any other ways to deal with allergic reactions (that don't involve getting rid of the pet)
