Allergy? throat tightness all the time now?

OK alittl backround, i may have had a reaction to something, no one knows. It started when i went to starbucks and got a surgar free vanilla latte, half caffeine with whip cream. alittle chile later, my mouth started tingling and i got some tightness in my neck and felt like i had a lump in my throat. It happened again with coke zero (both of which i drak EVERY day). I took benedryl and felt like it did nothing. I tried the coffee a few more times, always getting valilla but trying it non caffeine, full caffein, reg vanilla and it keep happening. i havnt tried any diet soda again yet. I went to allergist, did all the majors, milk, soy, nuts, vanilla, ect and immunoglobulin levels. All normal, both blood and skin tests and the IGE was normal too. I not have a tightness in my neck, no trouble breathing but i feel like i have a lump in my throat. I take nexium (for 5 years) for reflux. I am at al loss. I have no food allergies they say but i am afraid to eat. HELP!!!!!
