Is this a cold or allergies?????!?

my thorat was itchy/sore yesterday
then when I woke up today my voice sounded funny and it's almost like I'm whispering
Also my eyes are so watery and it's almost like crying
What do I do about my sore throat and watery eyes?
I don't think I have allergies but my parents said it could be
(I have been allergic to one thing and it''s bacon and last time I turned pink and itchy)

sounds like allergies are congesting mucus in your throat. Allergies are also prone to drying out eyes...
