Is there any cream for the scalp that allergy to the hair color?

.I have been using this powder hair color with a water works for 3 years and all of a sudden I'm allergy to this hair color now. I've blister all over my scalp and itches too. If I can help it I don't want to go the doctor he might give me a pill again to take. Just a thought a thought if there's a cream for it that can apply to the affected area. Any help would be appreciated.
