Hives from seasonal allergies or new apt?

I moved n2 a new apt 2 months ago. My neighbors cook meth & before I moved in here this place had to be exterminated because it was trashed really bad. There are no bugs now & I keep it really clean because I am a very clean person. I think that they used to cook meth n my apt b4 I moved in here, too, like the neighbors. Since I moved in here I can never sleep (I've never had insomnia so bad) and I am constantly broke out in hives & itchy. Sometimes it gets so bad I get weird feeling & feel like I'm going to scream. I know that seasonal allergies are starting about now, too, though, but I've never had this reaction b4 from seasonal allergies! Usually I just get sore sinuses & itchy eyes. I get so itchy that I now carry Benedryl and Benedryl anti-itch cream in my purse & I have to take the Benedryl all of the time 2 keep the hives away. Does this make sense? Could it be toxic meth fumes from next door, toxic substances left in my apt, bug spray rementants, or just allergies?
