Allergy Ring, may be formula??

My 8m old daughter has a bright red allergy ring on her bum and her cheeks are bright red (they aren't like they are when she is teething). I am suspecting it is the formula I have been supplementing her or the organic whole grain cereal. I have been giving her Similac Advance. Did any other moms go through this and what formula worked for you?

Or have you changed something else in her environment? Could it be a new laundry detergent or fabric softener? Sounds like the two areas affected are those pressed against the sheets/diapers on a regular basis.
