The most common foods people expirence food allergies with is everything in cataglory A and it's worth mentioning if your asking this due to feeding a child then you do not want to give them chocolate while they are young. However introducing these "A" foods too early can increase risk of allergies. I even asked my peditrician if my daughter's 2nd b-day cake could have chocolate on it and he said No, she's still too young. However there seems to be a trend of doctors loosening up on these requirements but I wouldn't do it with my kids.My oldest is adopted and I got him at 17 months...he has way more allergies than my other 2. He was feed eveything on your list too young and smoked around before I got him. You may not like my opinion though because I do not like cow milk, causes too many problems for too many people... not so good for the body afterall. Please check out www.notmilk.com Of course I think there is a balance to everything so I would not panic I would just not use cow milk all the time for everything. Try goat's milk if you want dairy or soy (not the best but better than cow milk). Almond milk is much better for you than soy but I honestly can't drink that...don't taste good to me but if you can I'd go for it. I see you mentioned cola.Never known anyone allergic to it but once again this seems to center around children to me and they're growing bones don't need the carbonation. Like to see those all concerned dairy farmers ALSO mention not to give young children soda because they're growing bones don't need it. They're just selling a product like everyone else. If you must have milk though buy organic, it makes a huge diffrence. I have even known several people who's children had an intollerence to milk who did okay on Yo Baby yougart, although I can't say everyone would, everybody is diffrent and you have to be very careful with children's allergies, but someone who has a child who they give milk to anyways even though they have shown signs of problems with it should go organic if they're gonna do it anyways.Hope this helps and sorry if you were not asking for a child but the question is just very leading to this subject.Above all just talk to your doctor.
