for those with seasonal allergies please help...?

I am a 22 year old female and have never had an issue with outdoor allergies before. Never in my life has dust or pollen bothered me.

Recently (Last Sunday) I had a head cold and I was very congested. Just as I thought I was over it, I have been sneezing all day today!! About 30 times in 6 hours!!

Not sure its my cold because *sorry its gross* my mucus is not colored anymore and I am not congested. No cough. nothing.

the only thing I can think of is this is the first really warm day of the season here in WA (70+ degrees) and there is all sorts of crap blooming out there...

For those with allergies when did you develop them and what were your symptoms? I can edit my question as necessary...
