Dark under eyes from allergies, what to do?

I believe they are from allergies since I have very itchy eyes during the allergy season.. could also be from excessive computer usage as well. I'm wondering what will be good for me to either temporary fade them (no makeup).. I've tried cucumbers but they seem to not work that well with me.

Also my sleep has been 8-9 hours approx. a day, and I drink over 2L of water a day, maybe even more sometimes..

does anyone know a good working solution for this? or any creams that will do its job? THanks!
