Any tips for getting rid of allergies?

So, in a week i have to give my speech for class president and I don't want to be sick still and my allergies usually last for a couple weeks. Any clue what i can do to get rid of them? I'm taking tylenol cold and allergy and it doesn't really work. Benydryl and suddafed make me way to drowsy. What should I do? I have a horrible cough, my nose is runny, my nose is stuffy, my eyes itch, my stomach is upset, and I have a horrible head ache. Should I see my doctor? Thanks guys. I'll pick best.
