SoCal residents. Was this the worst allergy day in a long time?

My throat has been hurting all day, I'm so parched, eyes watering, constant running nose, sneezing, ears hurt.
Dont think I'm sick cause most my coworkers, clients, and friends experienced some of this. Its miserable! Went from normal weather to 95 today. Any one else out there? Misery loves company :P

do you have a swamp cooler? If you dont get one, it will moisterize the air and is cost effecient too. If you have one drain the water weekly and put in a capfull of bleach to kill the allergy. Read the smog/alergy reports daily and when high try to stay inside as much as possible.

I don't know if it's the worst day.. I didn't go outside much yesterday... too hot.. it's kinda sad that we have to use the AC in April! but ya.. it gets bad in my town.. mainly cause we're surrounded by sand dunes (Glamis) so ya.. gets bad every now and then.
