help i think this could be an allergy?

here is a pic of a square on me stomach ontop of a strechmark it is not itchy at all i used a plaster on it n ended up nexthaving this tell me what u think keep in mind its on top of a strechmark
i ahve not been scratching it or anything cause like i says its not itchy
