Achoo! What over-the-counter medications are used to treat seasonal allergies?

I have symptoms of runny nose, sneezing, itching and slight nasal congestion. I do not want something that is going to make me drowsy.

Zyrtec is good, Flonase is OK, Claritin does not work for me and makes me tired. hope that helps, I have allergies too

At Walgreens you can find many options.
Claritin, Alavert, Walitin, or Walvert are good non drowsy allergy medications. They all contain 10mg of the antihistamine loratidine. There is a Walitin-D or Claritin-D available to help if you have a lot more nasal congestion.

Zyrtec or Walzyr are 10mg of certirizine and also work very well but can make you drowsy, it even has a warning about drowsiness on the packaging. Claritin has none, because it does not make you drowsy.
