Allergy Question!!?

Okay, so i have really bad allergies. Today, my nose was runny/stuffy, i have congestion, and itchy watery eyes. I feel like Crap but i have a HUGE track meet tomorrow. I tried allergy medicine but it didnt help at all!

How do i get rid of it or make it BETTER by tomorrow?

Ouch, I know how that feels (I live with allergies 24/7)! Take a shower and stay away from anything that may be causing your allergies. Use eyedrops, nose spray, an inhaler, and Allegra (or any medicine). You may want to consider getting allergy shots in the future. After the shower and medication, lay down and put a cold rag over your eyes. Good luck at your track meet tomorrow!

Well, I am so sorry to say, but there is no known cure for allergies. Treatment is availible, try using a nasal spray, or better yet the neti pot (by SinuCleanse) http://www.sinucleanse.com/ it sounds really gross, and that it may be bogus, but it will drain your sinuses and then you will feel like AMAZING!!!!!! Take a nasal decongestant like Sudafed (not PE it doesn't work well.) and a daily 24hr antihistamine like Claritin, or Zyrtec (both are available over the counter) Also, try taking a Bendrly tablet (one or two) and try to go right to sleep (Benadryl contains a MILD sedative, therefore it may knock you right out) so anyway, as long as you follow these instructions you willl be breathing fine, and running for your track meet tomorrow!
*you may want to find an allergist in your area so that you can get tested to see what you are allergic to, and so they can discuss percriton antihistamines and other treatment options*
good luck!
