Is this my allergies actin up or is it really a toothache????

I have allergies from hell and have since I was in HS. Right now I feel like I have a really bad toothache but in the crease of my nose right where the gum meets I guess what is the nasal passage really hurts and is swollen. If i press the area from the inside of my nose its reaaallly hurts. I cant go to the doc till at least the 1st of next month untill my insurance kicks in. What should I do till then?
Please help!!!!
