eye allergy symptom or not?

that happens to me somtimes and i have allegies. It'd be normal if you eyes were blurry because of the tears in your eyes. but if your eyes randomly get blurry without tears then i dunno what that is

i think i have eye allerys my eyes get red and tear but the thing that bring my attention is that it gets blurry somtimes and stay like that for a while... is that eye allerys?"
