| Is sinus a type of allergy? I have sinus and i take medication for it but my gym teacher constantly tell me that i dont have an allergy i just got sinus problems. He always want me to run but i just cant because my nose gets very congested making it harder for me to breath so I just dont run at all.The sinus comes like 3 times a year or depending on the weather conditions.      |
