2 month old - sun allergy? or sensitive skin?

I had my two month old outside without a hat on for about 5 minutes (maybe less!) two days ago. Later that night I noticed she had what looked like a rash all over the top of her head. It looked very mottled. Yesterday it was gone.

So yesterday we all went down to the park. I took the baby in the stroller. She wore a hat and she was covered up all the way to her eyes. Again, there was about 5 minutes when I was pushing the stroller towards the sun. I tried to cover her face but she kicked off the blanket. When we got home I would have sworn she was extremely sunburned in a rectangular strip across her eyes where she wasn't quite covered!

But today it's gone again...

I'm confused. Could this be a slight allergy to the sun? Or maybe grass pollen? Or could she just have very sensitive skin?

She's our fourth baby and none of the other kids were ever sensitive or prone to rahses. I can't really use much sunscreen on her yet, especially not around the eyes!
