| what could my food allergy be?
Since I've started keeping track, I've had a bad reaction when I ate Bretton Original Crackers with canned salmon and Best Foods Mayonnaise (not sure which one caused it, but throat felt a little tighter and coated so I felt like coughing, skin around eyes slightly swollen, cheeks and forehead very red). Had a reaction to Werner shark-shaped gummy candy, as well as Cheezits, reaction was just reddness in cheeks. My problem is that nothing in the ingredients of all of these is the same! Any ideas? Thanks!
