Eosinophils/ Allergy question. MD please answer.?

I have allergic rhinitis year round (dust mites, pollen, cats). My eosinophils are always 4x what they should be even when I'm feeling okay. My question is are there long term effects of ALWAYS having your eosinophils that elevated? Does a shift to the left occur with eosinophils? I live on antihistamines, should I try different a allergy medicine? I am currently on Claritin, claritin occassionally, nasonex, and astelin. Is this why I'm consatnley tired??? I get 10 hours a sleep and need an energy drink daily just to function normally. My TSH levels are normal. Please help. P.S I am a 24 yo female.
