HELP! Dermatitis/ allergy treatment?

i had a big allergy reaction yesterday and went to the doctor, i have a rash all on the inner of my earms and side of my body.
Im told to use a cream, but i dont know if it just me, but it seems as if it has spread since yesterday.
I dont know what to do.. any ideas how to relieve the itchyness? ( please dont say.. dont scratch it - im aware of this )

allergies always occur. talk to your doctor and maybe he can recommend some medicine to help cure it.

Yes, use cortisone cream, take benadryl and if it itches really bad smack it hard, it's what I do for my itches. I've had allergies all my life
