I need natural relief from seasonal allergies, desperately!!?

My symptoms include constant runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, somewhat blocked sinuses, sneezing, coughing, and recently, I have lots of difficulty breathing accompanied by wheezing. I'm planning on taking a hot shower and possibly picking up some local honey tomorrow. I refuse to take any drugs, so don't bother suggesting it because I've heard it 1000 times. Any suggestions other than Quercetin and the like? Also, I don't currently have the option to buy an air purifier. I drink a decent amount of water and green tea, don't consume dairy, and pretty much the only sugar I consume comes from fruits. Please, please, please help me!!

Go to a natural health food store. My sister works at on. (I live in SC) and she said that any place that specialized in natural food and supplements sells natural allergy relief. She actually bought some that works really well, its some kind of Chinese herbal allergy treatment. Like I said, any place that specializes in that kind of thing will sell it. Good Luck!

I also have severe seasonal allergies. You should avoid the outdoors as much as possible and when you have to go outside, use one of those masks you can buy to put over your mouth and nose. Air conditioning helps with seasonal allergy symptoms also. Sometimes it's the only thing that helps me breathe. I know and understand that you don't want to take medications, but you may want to think about talking to your doctor about getting an inhaler for emergencies. I absolutely hate my inhaler, but I honestly believe that it has saved me a couple of times. Breathing difficulties are nothing to mess around with or take lightly. Coenzyme Q-10 and magnesium may also help.
