Well ever since this sunny and warm weather started in Canada, i began to get runny nose a lot, i sneeze many times a day, and the oogy stuff in my throat forms (its not like a cold, its from the sneezing, etc.). This also happened last year but it started near summer break.
So im not sure if Im sick, or if this is an allergy of some sort?
This basically leads to me constantly using tissues and having an uncomfortable feeling of my whole face...
The easiest way to solve this is the take a Benedryl. If the "oogie" goes away and the sneezing mellows out, then you have picked up an allergy over the last couple of years. Were you sick a few years ago around this time? That could be the beginning.
Take your shoes off when you enter the house, vacuum weekly with allergen filtration bags (not HEPA!), and take a 24 hour pill 30-45 minutes before going outside to help alleviate symptoms. Taking Omega3 and Omega-6 may also help mellow out the inflammatory response.
