If you're anywhere on the east coast, this is the time they have very high pollen counts from March to May, and the symptoms u have are what they cause.

The pollen comes up from the southern states and causes these symptoms in millions of people.

Best thing to do is to rinse your eyes and face before and after bed. during the day too if u get time.

Sounds like you do. If it happens every year, about the same time every year (like, only in spring and fall) - then, yes, you certainly have allergies.

Are these places indoor? or outdoor? If they are indoor, you may also want to check for mold. If they are outdoor, then you are more than likely experiencing seasonal allergies.

If you have health insurance you should see an allergist. If not, you can try taking an over-the-counter allergy medication like Zertec-D or Claritan.

A few quick home remedies can also test if you're experiencing allergy symptoms (1) open the freezer and take a wiff. Yes, breathe in the frozen air. . .if your symptoms subside, it's a sign of allergies, also, (2) take a quick wiff of rubbing alcohol if it gives you temp releaf it's also a sign of allergies.

Hope you feel better.
