Ok I know this is gross......but I wake up with a stuffy nose and allergy like

symptoms every day? And I have this nasty stuff in my throat all the time that only sometimes coughs up.....and its like a hard yellow nodule...or white and foul smelling....is this post nasal drip? What can I do to relieve some symptoms? No pills really work...and I live in a damp, moldy state (Florida)
