Do I have allergy or a cold??? How do you know??

I am feeling like a crap. I woke up feeling cold with a sore throat. My mucus is yellowish and I continue sneezing. The weather started changing up on me...first it was hot the other day and then its raining and storming... Is it allergy or a cold???What should I do??? I had allergy before when the pollen swollen my eye lids.... thanks for the help!!
