I think my 8 month old has allergies?

The past couple days shes been rubbing her eyes constantly and shes definately not tired. Her one eye is bloodshot but she rubs both of them. Im calling the doctor today but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks!

Keep checking it she may be getting conjunctivitis which is highly contagious but easily cleaned and fixed. You can clean her eyes out with sterile saline in little plastic vials from your chemist, wipe the eye over with a cotton ball soaked thoroughly in the saline, one cotton ball per eye and see if that helps her.

This is time of the year when adults and children both get hay fever take her to the doctors and they will give her an anti histamines probably.
Alternatively keep her away from flowers and try not to spend to long outside.
