allergy-tight throat?

i had an allergic reaction to something i ate a few days ago, but the muscles in my throat are still tight. i dont want to go the hospital again and im on steroids and allergy medication.any thoughts?

I've never had that happen to me and I have a lot of allergies. Maybe because your throat was swollen it still feels that way but it's really only sore? I would just wait for it to go away and maybe eat like ice cream or something cold just like yo would for a sore throat. Hope you get better!
