I have outdoor allergies but i want to know what i can take over the counter

that will work the best all day? I was just on this outdoor thing all weekend and i could not enjoy my weekend because of my stupid allergies. I got a really bad runny nose and my head felt like it was going to explode. I got a bad caugh but the thing is i don't think i need to go to the doctor because i know that i don't have it that bad. i just want to know what is the best over the counter med i can take for the best results.
