Illness or Allergies?

I have had a scratchy throat for a day or so now. I also have a wicked runny nose, and I feel lightheaded. Yesterday by eyes were killing me, but not today. I feel a bit better today, but I still just feel like lying down and sleeping.

Is this an illness or allergies?

It could be either to be honest. Right a diary of food everyday you eat and then you may know if you get it again x
p.s or it may be what you have come into contact with too

Especially if you don't have a temperature this sounds like allergies. This is the peak time of year for grass and tree pollens, or possibly something else going on in your enviroment.
