| Please!!only answer this if you now wat ut tlking bout....? I also have hayfever as well. I honestly can not find one that completely covers my symtoms, but loratidine (the generica brand of *Claritin) and Zyrtec would work, too. And if you have alergies or problems with waking up and having to blow your nose or have problems with breathing through your nose, you should try Benadryl. It does make you drowsy so that's why I reccomend taking it about 45 minutes before you go to sleep. Good luck. |

| Please!!only answer this if you now wat ut tlking bout....? I have horrible allergies too. I'm allergic to dust, dust mites, dogs, cats, ragweed, and mildew. when in the same environment as your allergies there are a few things you can do: 1) take Claritin. (very reliable) 2) wear a dust mask. (i do this when i have to dust the house. also really works) 3) if you feel yourself getting all sneezey, leave the area imediately. (go into a cool room and drink cold water. i dunno why but it helps) Hope I helped some. |
