| Swollen throat - food allergy? For the past week or so when I eat my morning snack - a banana with peanut butter - my throat feels like it's swollen or a little closed up. I've never had a nut allergy in the past- I eat peanut butter all the time! I've had a similar reaction when I ate ramen noodles, so I assumed it was the MSG. There's no MSG listed on the label of the peanut butter, so now I'm confused. I don't feel like I can't breathe or anything, it's just kind of annoying b/c I feel like there's a lump in my throat. I'm associating it with the pb and banana b/c I usually feel it within half an hour or so of when I'm finished eating. Any ideas?      |
