| Help.. about Allergy Testing? My son has an appointment for allergy testing. I just wanted to know what the process is. Please do not badger me with the whole "call the dr and find out" because they may not have actually had the testing performed on them. I want to know what it feels like, how many times they'll poke him, etc... I want to be able to explain it to him. Thanks in advance for your answers.      |

| My boyfriend is allergic to EVERYTHING. And he's been tested for it ALL. It's a basic blood taking procedure. They insert one needle, one time. From that needle they will fill one or more vials with his blood, depending on how many things he is being tested for. It's not anything horrid. Just one poke. |
