Do i have allergies?

i've been having a stuffy and itchy nose alot and my eyes have been watery and itchy. last summer my nose was stuffy and i was sneezing alot but i didnt have a cold it lasted for about a week and then i sorta felt better . and i also get the erge to sneeze but i cant . Help!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah and it seems like every time i lay on my stomach on the floor i sneeze.
i also sneezw more outside in the spring than in the summer

Ask your parents if they can buy Claritin-D or Zyrtec-D for you. Both of these products have an antihistamine to counter-act the allergies, and they have a decongestant to relieve the stuffiness. If the pills make you feel funny, try the other brand, and if that still doesn't work, try the plain Claritin or Zyrtec that does not include the decongestant. Otherwise, you parents could take you to an allergist - they can give you a series of shots to desensitize you, but you have to take the shots every 3-4 weeks.
