Can you have yeast infection because of allergy shots?

A lot of things make me have it, especially antibiotics. I take one pill - and it starts at once! Now I have been having anti allergy shots for the last month. Can it be that that my immune system was undermined by them, and the infection started?
and what to use with these shots to prevent it?
