| Egg allergy egg-free dessert recipe? Ok i am going for dinner at a friends house and have offered to bring dessert. She has an egg allergy and so i need a recipe that does not contain egg and is also something simple! 10 points to an easy yummy recipe thanks! |

| If you like shortbread then try this: Make a batch of shortbread cookies, then in disposable clear-plastic cups layer crumbled shortbread, whipped cream, and fresh berries. Its easy because theres no pan or dishes to bring home and its very tasty. I usually use strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. And it looks really cool if you layer it right, you gotta use clear cups though. Scottish Shortbread 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup white sugar 3/4 cup butter DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 Blend all ingredients well. Dough will be stiff. Press into a 9 x 9 inch buttered dish. Prick top with a fork. Bake until pale golden brown on the edges. Cool and cut into squares. |

| banana pudding INGREDIENTS 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 355 ml cold water 95.2 g instant vanilla pudding mix 475 ml heavy cream 3 bananas, sliced 120 ml lemon juice 36 vanilla wafers In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk and water. Beat in pudding mix until smooth. Chill in refrigerator 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into chilled pudding mixture. Dip sliced bananas in lemon juice. Shake off excess. In a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl, spoon 1 cup pudding mixture. Top with one-third each of the wafers, bananas and remaining pudding. Repeat layers twice. Chill until serving. |

| Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups cake flour 1 cup white sugar 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons butter DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 8 x 8 inch square pan. Sift the flour, sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Make a well in the center and add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. To Make Frosting: Combine the 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk and butter in the top half of a double boiler and cook until thick. Spread warm mixture over the top of a slightly cooled cake. |
