Is it true new allergies come in your life at a certain age?

I been eating dairy products all my life... and recently now that I am 20 I had a breakout in my face... I just ate macaroni and cheese and my skin started itching and my face... I look at the mirror I had 2 pimples that just came... Then I drink milk and my lips bubbled up... Is it true that as you get older you get new allergies? Am I allergic to this product... But I am really skinny and I need calcium I am 5'2 and 90 pounds. I dont know what to eat anymore because I can't eat junk food or else my skin will be bad... what should i do???
