do i have allergies or like cold symptoms??

okay like yesterday i started to sneeze alot and have runny nose n body was aching alittle bit today i just have samething runny nose, sneezzing and little body aCHE WIITH a head ache .... What do i have ?? an what should i drink like medicine wise ....
