same,,um i usually take 'zirtek' pills they work well you just have to give them half an hour or so, plus they're very small so there shouldnt be any problems not being able to swallow them

skip the meds and stay away from cats.

The very best treatment for this type of allergy is allergy shots that desensitize you. Otherwise, Zyrtec or Claritin are commonly used.
