What can I do to get relief from allergies?

I have really bad allergies from January to June. When I had my skin test 4 years ago, I was positive for 66/90 allergens! My allergist said there are 3 ways to handle it: avoidance, medication, and shots. Well, there's no avoiding it since I'm allergic to just about all the trees and grass out there! I tried many OTC and prescription meds, but they don't do the trick. I have been on weekly injections now for almost 4 years (which supposedly boosts my immunity) and I don't find it to be helpful. I'm still miserable as ever and am considering dropping the whole injection thing since if I can't get any relief from 4 years of injections, I don't think continuing it would make any sense. What else can I possibly try? I've also tried "natural" remedies like local honey and I am completely out of ideas. Anyone in a similar situation that can provide any help?

depends what ure allergic to..if ure allergic to dust, then take out the carpet in ure home/apartment..that helps..get this special pillowcase too..it isnt as soft, but it protects from dust....i had bad allergies b4 and i was on 7 medications at once, but i only had to do that for like 4 months..after that i never had any allergies EVER and i didnt have to continue with the medications so u may want to consider that!

damn! i have allergies and it heals slowly i've got my allergy from dust or any furry animal stuff toy

take some capsules contains vitamin c it's called fern-c it really solved the problems about allergies
