If your vet hasn't found any skin parasites in or on your dog, her dry itchy skin could be her diet. Sounds like she needs some oil in her food. Give her chicken and rice kibble and twice a week add a teaspoonful of olive oil to it. Linseed oil is also very good for dry/itchy skins. You don't say what size your dog is but if it is large or very large a tablespoon of oil twice a week can benefit. Sometimes animals react to household cleaners, especially those used on the floos where the dog lies down. If you use stuff like shake n vac - stop.

I had the same problem. I feed all of my pets the raw diet. It is rather intense in the beginning switching from dry to raw. Read as much as you can on it. My dog is cured!
Best wishes
Pam
