Can you test your baby for an allergy to bee pollen through a health drink?

My cousin told my she gave her 2 year old son a drink from Booster Juice which has bee pollen in it (you can get all different stuff in your juices there) and there is a warning that if you allergic to bee stings you can not have this drink with pollen in it,sooooo,she said that her son should not be allergic to bee stings since he had no reaction to the drink?Is this possible?Have any of you ever heard of such a thing?I do plan to ask my sons pediatric dietician if this is true but being it is saturday I can not get ahold of her.What do you think?

never ever test allergies that way! if a child is allergic the reaction can be fatal.

the fist exposure to an allergen there is no reaction and the second can be a trip to the hospital.

if you want to get an allergy test done go to your doctor and get a referral to an allergist and they will get a blood test done.

you don't want to risk the health or life of your child. especially if there is a history of allergies in the family.

The problem with this type of allergy is that the first sting is not an issue. The body must build anti-bodies. By giving the drink you cousin might be build a false since of safety. It is not something I would do.
