The best bird for someone with allergies.?

I have always wanted a pet bird, now that I can get one I need to know which ones give off the least amount of dander. I know which ones cause the most, african greys, cockatoo, I heard cockatiels were also pretty bad. I have a poodle, I’m fine with her, but I was allergic to my other dog and also my cat. I was thinking of a conure, maybe a budgie but I would like more information first.
Any suggestions or sites would be appreciated.

All birds have dander to some extent. Your best bet might be to visit a pet store several times and see how the different birds bother you. It would be a shame to get a bird and then discover your allergies won't let you keep it. Then we have another unwanted bird in the world going from home to home.

I would try a budgie or a love bird. They both have less dander
