When using a prescription allergy nasal spray...?

How do I keep my throat from getting scratchy? I quit using it, and now my sinuses are going crazy.... Thanks!
I'm already taking Zyrtec and getting allergy shots twice a week. My allergies are almost off the charts!
I use allergy covers on pillows, wash sheets in hot water once a week, wear a dust mask when I stir up the dust, wear sunglasses outdoors to avoid pollen in the eyes, etc. What to do for the scratchy throat, though?
