i have very bad allergies???

i have very bad allergies... i have been sneezing so hard that my throat and sinus tracts feel like their are bleeding and inflammed.... my nose is all cut and swollen from using so much tissue...

i tend to get them on very hot days, during the summer, or sometimes out of the blue....... how can i fight these allergies???? i dont want to take medicine because of reverse congestion or whatever its called...so HELP!!!!
