Best Medicine for Spring Allergies?

I used to take Claratin and it worked wonders but now i think my body is used to that medicine. I take Claratin but it just doesnt help and this is affecting my grades in school because i can not concentrate with this allergy bothering me! I was thinking of getting benedryl ? I also prefer pills but if liquid works faster i will take it.
