I have a gluten allergy but I'm still allergic to gluten free biscuits.?

I keep suffering from itching after eating them and since there is no wheat or gluten in them, I suspect it must be one of these ingredients that are in the biscuits. Can anyone suggest what it's likely to be please?

Corn-starch, rice flour, cane sugar, non hydrogenated vegetable fat, dextrose, lupin flour, soy protein, lupin protein, emulsifiers (soy lecithin), raising agents (ammonium bicorbonate and sodium bicarbonate), aromas, antioxidant (natural extracts rich in tocopherols), caramel, folic acid.
