i have bad allergies does it affect the dark circles i have under my eyes?

i don't get the best sleep at night, i have always had dark circles under my eyes a lot of my family has them to lately, i was wondering if anyone knew any kind of vitamins i can take to get rid of them, i have tried a few different things none of them have worked. It just sucks that when i go to work that everyone thinks that i'm some kind of freak, people always stare at me and ask me if i'm sleepy. I get tired of that question.
