A cold or allergies?

So...my nose is running like crazy accompanied by stuffiness. I have this really intense pressure headache. It feels like my head is a hot air balloon that is going to burst at any moment. And my throat is hurting because of some pesky muscus that is draining from my nose. What I am wondering is, is does this sound like a cold or allergies? I am completely miserable and im not sure how to treat this. I'd rather not go to the doctor and pay an arm and a leg for them to tell me its a "virus" or nothing at all. ANy opinions?

It could be allergies, but it is probably a cold since the weather temperatures are not set just yet. It could also be a combination of both.
Drink some hot herbal tea with lemon. Tea tree or Eucalyptus oil will really help you breathe better. Before you get well, and afterwards, take Echinacea and Green Tea. They will boost your immunity to help prevent colds. There are other herbs for allergies, but of course, see your doctor first. Hope you feel better and Blessed Be.

sounds like you have a sinus infection. i work for a doctor
everyone has one sore throat from the drainage alot of sinus pressure cough,ha fever yellow to green mucus from nose or from the cough. alot of chest congestion
