allergy question - something doesnt mix well here?

I'm having a run in with severe allergies. I'm reacting to things at much smaller levels but with much larger reactions. (for instance - someone puts on hand lotion in same room I am in. They are across the room from me but the smell is strong and it burns my nose and leads to a burning in my lungs and brings on a headache then migraines. Its instantaneous the burning and headache but the migraine takes about an hour to get going) or I eat something that has apple in it, my lips burn and then my throat, ears, and eyes itch.)) Okay so I know I have allergies to chemicals, trees, pollens, grasses, dogs, cats, etc...but I can usually keep things under control. However after dealing with a lung infection a month ago - I have been hyper sensitive. I called my doc and the nurse suggested I take either claritin or zyrtec along with the Allegra (180mg 2x/day), Psudophed, and Bioallers. I am taking a multivitamin, B complex, Mg, and doing my sinus rinses. BUT this isnt working...HELP..
